Pinot Noir with Grand Cru Ay) and the region of Côte de Blanc (some of the Chardonnay grapes were harvested on the best Grand Cru for this variety - Le Mesnil-sur-Oger). The sugar level in the dosage liqueur was 9 g / l. A surprisingly complex taste, with hints of fresh fruit and flowers, mineral and spicy notes, tones of mint and toasted bread.
