The wine is golden in color with greenish reflections. In a light bouquet of wine, aromas of green fruits, pears are intertwined against the background of shades of oak. The wine has a rich and round taste with a fine structure, tones of stone and anise. The finish is long-lasting, elegant. Meursault wine from Domain Bituze-Priyo is made from Chardonnay grapes,
grown in the vineyards of the Meursault appellation. Crop is harvested and sorted by hand. The berries are pressed, after which the wort is cooled for a short period of time. The wine is fermented in barrels made from French oak, which are kept in cool cellars. The sediment is stirred at first 2 times a day for several months,
and then - as needed. "Meursault" is aged for 12 to 15 months, then bottled. Wine has a high aging potential.
"Meursault" from Domain Bituze-Priyo was awarded the silver medal of the "Magnum" magazine # 3-4 (24) in 2008.
